Animal Enrichment & Care Programs

This program focuses on improving the well-being of shelter animals through enrichment and socialization, helping dogs and cats become more adoptable. Volunteers play a key role in boosting animal behavior, engagement, and overall quality of life.

Key Roles Include:

• Canine Enrichment (Green Level 1, Blue Level 2, Orange Level 3): Provide dogs with age- and skill-appropriate activities that promote adaptability and positive behavior.

• Feline Enrichment & Cat Condo Crew (Green Level 1 & Orange Level 3): Use toys, puzzles, and other tools to engage cats while also maintaining clean, comfortable cat condos.

• Canine Ambassador Volunteer: Represent adoptable dogs at events, help with socialization, and share their stories to connect them with potential adopters.
